Responsible for the initial contact with customers, you will be competent in all aspects of customer liaison processes. Your responsibilities will include assigning delivery dates and booking in-home deliveries with consumers.
Professional and efficient in handling large volumes of outgoing telephone calls, emphasis will be placed on achieving challenging performance targets whilst maintaining high standards of customer care.
Candidates must be computer literate and have a positive telephone manner. A scaled salary is offered which includes training incentives and loyalty bonus. The Company also operates an internal promotion scheme.
This team operates on a set shift rota:- Monday – Friday 7.30am – 4.00pm or 10.30am – 7.00pm. One weekend in every four Saturday and Sunday 10.00am to 2.00pm – time off in lieu will be granted.
