Customer Service - Currently No Vacancies



The main point of contact for all customer queries, complaints, and technical advice.

A good team player, able to work to deadlines, with a flexible working approach and ‘can do’ attitude. You will enjoy working in a busy and demanding environment, which will involve multitasking and problem solving.

Excellent telephone manner, communication ability and customer relationship skills are essential.  Candidates must to be fully computer literate.

This role will encompass a degree of technical know-how and product knowledge. Full training will be given.

The above team will form part of the 7 day week rota and will include offering technical knowledge and advice over the phone.
