Customer Service/Websales Advisor
The main point of contact for all customer queries, complaints, and technical advice. Your role will be to resolve the issues to the customer’s satisfaction and in accordance with company procedures.

Priority Co-ordinators
As the intermediary between the factory and the customer on replacement parts you will be an excellent communicator, well organised and able to multitask under pressure.

Responsible for the initial contact with customers, you will be competent in all aspects of customer liaison processes. Your responsibilities will include assigning delivery dates and booking in-home deliveries with consumers.
